Summary: Service and restaurant was very good. Was disappointed to find the bed had not been changed from previous guest as there was human hair/ public hair throughout sheets and pillow cases had not been changed.

Summary: House keeping lacking thorougness and attention in their work. The toilet roll had feces on it. I was advised to email the hotel about this but never received a response. Very disappointing.

Summary: Our 1 night stay was more than adequate, but certainly no thrills. Bathroom was a little dated and worn, but the bed was large and comfy. In room television was basic, and the wall mounted heater needs some attention. Would return, but hopefully with some renovations carried out

Summary: The room was spacious and very clean we were allowed early check in but the heater was not sufficient to warm the space and no heater in the bathroom made for a very uncomfortable stay we had to rug up as if we were outside
